We rank sites on the public evidence, and we show our work.
Neutral, evidence-cited AI for clinical trial placement. Site selection should rest on what the record actually shows, so Kelsey reads the public evidence on research sites and investigators, scores it the same way for everyone, and cites the source behind each figure. The reasoning can be checked rather than taken on trust.
Where the evidence comes from
- ClinicalTrials.govRegistered study records, including participating facilities and the investigators listed on them.
- NPI RegistryIdentity and taxonomy for clinicians and healthcare organizations in the United States.
- CMS Open Payments and Medicare Part DReported industry payments to clinicians, and prescribing activity under Part D.
- MeSH (National Library of Medicine)Controlled vocabulary used to normalize condition and intervention terms across records.
- PubMedPublished literature attributed to investigators.
Each of these sources is maintained by a federal or national body and republished on a regular refresh cadence, so a profile reflects the record as it stood at the last refresh rather than a live view.
Kelsey informs site selection. It is not a substitute for feasibility diligence, and it does not guarantee enrollment or outcomes.
